All cancellation requests must be made in writing by contacting our customer service team at hello@recessmethod.com. If the requested cancellation is received prior to receiving Recess Method event plan, a 50% refund will be issued. We are unable to provide a refund should the cancellation occur after completion and receipt of the event plan.

Alternatively, we reserve the right to terminate the service of a Recess Method client at any time and for any reason. Should this occur, we will give you a prorated refund of the cost of your event plan. That means that rarely and under great duress we may end our relationship with a client for any number of reasons including but not limited to the following:

  1. If the client is constantly requesting tasks outside the scope of their event plan and we’re unable to find a solution.
  2. If the client exceeds the number of pre-determined edits to the event plan and refuses to purchase additional hours.
